PRexer G5

Bringing safe and reliable rehabilitation training machines to the world.
Rehabilitation training machines must have essential safety and quality to ensure that individuals with various physical conditions can train confidently, regardless of their circumstances. Sakai Medical recognized the importance of such machines even before Japan began considering their introduction for elderly care prevention. At that time, we sought international safety standards that did not exist in Japan and introduced the Compas training machines, meeting global standards and the medical benchmarks of Germany, a leader in healthcare technology. Since then, we have continually improved the machines, taking into account the unique body types and training environments of the Japanese people. In 2024, our commitment to safety and quality culminated in the release of the fifth-generation model, "Plexer G5," which meets global safety standards.
Key Features
To pursue the safety of the machines.A machine that meets international safety standards and guarantees the quality required for rehabilitation.
Rehabilitation training machines, which provide training to numerous users, must maintain their effectiveness and safety even under the harshest conditions.
The Plexer G5 meets the global safety standards for fixed training machines, excelling in strength, durability, stability, and other critical aspects.

To pursue safety in the training environment.Ensuring safety during training and creating an environment where proper guidance and training can be effectively provided.
To provide a safe and effective training environment for users with various physical conditions, the Plexer G5 focuses on safety during training from a biomechanics perspective.
It meets unique safety standards to ensure a secure training environment, regardless of the instructor's skill level.

The machine stays stable even at a 10-degree tilt
The machine has been tested for stability by tilting it 10 degrees in all directions, ensuring that individuals weighing up to 100kg can exercise securely. We deliver machines with proven stability.

No sharp edges or gaps to pinch fingers
All edges that could be touched are rounded or covered for protection. Areas with a risk of finger pinching are designed with a clearance of either 9.5mm or more than 25mm.

The machine supports over 2.5 times the expected weight load
The machine is designed to withstand over 2.5 times the expected load, ensuring durability even when users' weight is applied to specific parts like the handles or seat.

Precise load adjustments are available
For repetitive movements with low loads, the weights can be adjusted in 0.5kg increments (1.0kg increments for COP-503). The load is clearly marked on the scale, allowing users to easily adjust the weights during training.

Motion design based on the force curve
The PRexer G5 is designed to apply efficient and effective resistance at every point of movement, following the same curve as the human muscle output (force curve).

Limits movement beyond the range of motion
All machines are equipped with limiters to restrict the range of motion.
Prevents hyperextension, ensuring a safe and secure training environment.
Machine layout
With 40㎡ of space, all models of the Plexer G5 can be installed.
It can be installed in a U-shaped layout, which is considered ideal for safety management and operational efficiency.
