Message from our president
Since our founding 1881, we have followed the spirit of " Shovel the First Snow", which symbolizes our commitment to being the first to act in ways that benefit others.
Guided by this traditional spirit, we began manufacturing physical therapy equipment earlier than anyone else. We have since developed, manufactured, and sold various welfare and rehabilitation devices, including exercise therapy equipment, bathing aids for nursing care, training equipment to help prevent the need for care, and conditioning equipment for athletes.
In Japan where aging is progressing and diseases are becoming more diverse in recent years, it is an urgent challenge to improve the quality of life (QOL) for elderly people and patients undergoing treatment, so that they may live true to themselves. Therefore, it is becoming increasingly important to provide seamless support across the fields of medical, welfare, and health care.
SAKAImed will continue to make tireless efforts to offer pioneering products and services, while collaborating with professionals in the medical, welfare, and health care fields—always aiming to improve the QOL of those who hope for better health.
